The world is in shock after reports claiming Jessica Simpson is pregnant again have surfaced. Jessica Simpson has sparked a media frenzy in 2011, when she started to flaunt a fuller figure and a growing baby bump. After months of speculations, Jessica Simpson admitted that she was pregnant with her fiance, former NFL pro Eric Johnson, and in 2012, she welcomed her first bundle of joy, daughter Maxwell Drew.

During her pregnancy, Jessica was harshly critiqued for her weight gain (70 pounds), but brushed off any negative comments saying that she wanted to enjoy every bit of her pregnancy and that she doesn't care what others say. However, after baby Maxwell was born, Jessica signed a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers, to be a spokesperson for the weight loss program that eventually helped her to shed the extra pounds beautifully, but it seems that an unplanned event is going to put her diet on hold, as US Weekly reported that a source confirmed the singer/businesswoman is pregnant with her second child.

Jessica Simpson, who welcomed first daughter only 7 months ago, said she's smitten with her baby girl, and in a interview she gave People in May, Jessica revealed that "I don't want to have another baby right away but I do want to have more kids. Having babies back to back has to be so hard. I really want to give Maxwell all of the attention and all of the love and time that I possibly can give her. When I feel like it's the right time to bring another little one into the family, I will. I won't wait too long but I won't do it immediately."

However, things must have changed a bit as US Weekly reports that Jessica was caught by surprise with her second pregnancy. A source told the publication that:
“It definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again. She really is overjoyed!”

Jessica Simpson has yet to issue an official statement as far as her pregnancy rumors go, but her publicist told People when asked about the baby #2 rumors that "I'm not going to comment on this speculation."

In case her pregnancy rumors turn out to be true, her Weight Watchers deal will probably be put on standby, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens.
