Jennifer Lopez proves her strength and ability to move forward in Vanity Fair's September 2011 issue. Check out the hot photos shot by Mario Testino and her first interview after the announcement of her divorce from Marc Anthony.
Apparently, Jennifer Lopez is moving on from
her relationship to Marc Anthony as she tells Vanity Fair that she
still believes in love. The mother of 3 year old twins, Max and
Emme gave the first interview after the announcement of her
divorce from
Marc Anthony to Vanity Fair, the September 2011 issue,
where she shares her vision of life.
After 3 failed marriages, Jennifer Lopez is still holding on strong
as she says she truly believes in love. Jennifer told the magazine
that “(love) it's still my biggest dream”, so it seems that the end
of her relationship to Marc, the father of her children, isn't
bringing Jen down.
Being an amicable split, the pop star isn't throwing any dirt at
her husband and even decides to underline that they did everything
they could to salvage their marriage.
Looking forward to future challenges, the Hollywood diva is not
shy about proving her strength and optimism and tells the magazine
that:
“I really worked hard at it (marriage). We both did. Sometimes it
doesn't work; and that's sad, but I remain an eternal optimist
about love. I am positive; determined to move forward with my life,
bring up my babies, and do the best job I can as a mother,
entertainer, and person. I now look forward to new challenges. I
feel strong.”
The exact reason which lead to this shocking decision between
Jennifer and Marc, to get a divorce, is still unknown, but rumors
say it that it was Marc's extreme jealousy that rocked their
marriage to pieces. Rumors say that Anthony was being envious and
controlling and even went as far as having a final say over
Jennifer's wardrobe choice, but Jennifer doesn't confirm these
details. Instead, she tells the magazine that:
“Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves.
To understand that a person is not good for you, or that that
person is not treating you in the right way, or that he is not
doing the right thing for himself—if I stay, then I am not doing
the right thing for me. I love myself enough to walk away from that
now. I will always respect Marc as a singer and performer. We
actually work great together, and he was always very supportive.
Together we could make magic—and we did. He will always be in our
lives. He will always hold a special place in my heart as the
father of my children.”
In the interview Jennifer also opens up about her ex relationships
that have gone sour, especially her relationship to P. Diddy and
Ben Affleck. Check out the entire pictorial which shows Jennifer's
sexy and powerful style as well as the rest of her interview in the
September issue of Vanity Fair.
