The 'Horrible Bosses' star Jennifer Aniston channels her inner sweetheart and shows off her sweet style in a spread for InStyle's March 2012 issue. With a physique that would put women half her age to shame, an incredible beauty and a youthful spirit, Jennifer Aniston has managed to become a style icon for women across the world, but that doesn't mean that she's escaped being the target of misconceptions.

Showing off her fresh, iconic style in a lovely pictorial for InStyle, 43 year old Ms. Aniston demonstrates that sometimes simplicity can too conquer from first glimpse, so check out her stunning spread and her exclusive interview with the magazine where she talks about her beau's style, misconceptions that annoy her, culinary skills and more.

Jennifer Aniston managed to make headlines after the mediated split from her ex-husband Brad Pitt, and still years post their split, the media still speculates on the subject. Speaking about the misconceptions that annoy her the most, Jennifer tells InStyle that:
“Which one? There are so many. I would say the triangle with my ex-husband - and that there's a feud there. It's constant. It's a story headline that won't go away, but it's a money thing - (people make money off) a story that has nothing to do with reality.”

Having moved on to Justin Theroux, Jennifer seems to have found the perfect match as the two have been making headlines for adopting similar fashion styles. Talking about her beau's style, Jennifer states that:
“First of all, he has great style - it's very specific, and it has been his style forever. Has it influenced mine? No, but I know people say it has.'Oh, look, you're dressing alike.' And I think, no I'm not. I've had this jacket for three years!'”

Being in the spotlight constantly can be a pretty difficult thing to deal with on a daily basis, reason for which celebrities usually complain about their lacking privacy life. However, when asked if she'd be able to make a career change, what would it be, Ms. Aniston reveals that she'd still be in the business, only behind the cameras or she'd opt for an entirely different career, dermatology. She says her choices would be:
“Directing. I was very proud of producing and directing for the beautiful project 'Five.' Or I'd love to be a dermatologist. I'd be so obsessive about it. I'm fascinated by skin, products, and lasers. I go on the Internet and read all about it. I call it 'laser porn.'”

While celebrities are not often linked to the kitchen, Jennifer Aniston states that she is quite skilled at making breakfast. She might not be a pro at cooking, but Ms. Aniston states that her father's secret recipe delivers the right results every time. She says:
“I'd love to say I'm an accomplished cook, but I don't have any signature dishes. I'm good at breakfast - I make great eggs. My father gave me a little recipe. It's all in the seasoning. But it's a Greek secret. I won't give it away!”
