Gwyneth Paltrow has been named Max Factor's new face. The 39-year-old Oscar-winning actress will be featured in a six-month campaign set to be released worldwide this November.
No one can deny the fact that Gwyneth Paltrow
is one gorgeous lady! Maybe this is why the beautiful and talented
39-year-old Oscar-winning actress is chosen to represent some of
the world's most famous brands. Her latest gig? Well, Paltrow has
been named Max Factor's face and will star in a six-month
campaign.
Pat McGrath, global creative design director for Max Factor, said
that, "I tasked 11 of our national makeup artists to create three
glamour statements for Gwyneth. These were to be inspired by her
life and the different roles she has to play — model, actress,
mother, singer."
British make-up artist Mel Arter confessed that it was great to
work with natural beauty Gwyneth. "It was amazing to be involved in
this campaign" she revealed. "Gwyneth was a fantastic creative
inspiration, it was so exciting to create looks for her that I
thought would work for her and her lifestyle. It's been incredible
to work with the other make-up artists in the network, and Pat, and
see the end glamour statements coming to life on Gwyneth."
Esi Eggleston Bracey, vice president of Max Factor, said that, "It
was magical to see these creative forces coming together…our
international network of renowned makeup artists, led by Pat and
inspired by Gwyneth. What a combination and what stunning
results.…This campaign is a real celebration of Max Factor makeup
artistry and we’re hoping it will act as inspiration for other
women to find the glamour statements that are right for them."
The print and online campaigns are set to be launched worldwide
starting this November.
