39 year old Gwyneth Paltrow puts women half her age to shame as she flaunts her lean, perfectly sculpted body on the cover of Harper's Bazaar March 2012. Check out her incendiary spread and find out what she had to share regarding her beauty, health regimen and lifestyle!
She's managed to conquer the world with her acting talent and
her stunning beauty and now 39 year old Gwyneth Paltrow
is attracting even more attention as she seems to have found the
'fountain of youth', hence she is getting more beautiful and fit as
years go by. Known for her passion for healthy living, Gwyneth
Paltrow is the living proof that what she does works and she
demonstrates this by posing seductively for Harper's Bazaar March
2012 issue.
With a stunning physique, Gwyneth appears to have the body of an
athlete rather than that of a 39 year old actress, and her love for
all things healthy and a healthy lifestyle helped her get this
gorgeous. In an interview with Harper's Bazaar for the magazine's
March 2012 edition, Ms. Paltrow states that she learned to stay
healthy after watching her father get sick as he struggled with
cancer. She said:
“All I've learned about nutrition and health came from his [her
father's] cancer. I'll probably have a long and healthy life
because he didn't. I eat whatever I want. I like bread and cheese
and wine, and that makes my life fun and enjoyable.”
A part of her impeccable eating regimen is detox program, a 12
week detox program which she is currently on, and that helps her
body cleanse every now and then. She says that she doesn't schedule
these detox sessions as she just does them when she feels like it's
definitely time for them. She tells the magazine that:
“I have a lot of inflammation in my system, so I'm not having
anything I'm allergic to—no gluten, no dairy, no sugar. I'll wake
up exhausted; I can feel my adrenal cortex being really high. When
I get into bed, my heart will pound, my skin won't be good, I'll
feel cranky, and then I'll just know it's time.”
Her sunning physique is not all due to a healthy eating plan but
also to regular training sessions that she has with her celebrity
trainer, Tracy Anderson. Every other weekday morning Ms. Paltrow
enjoys a one and a half hour of dance aerobics and a series of
exercises that switch
every 10 days to help maintain muscle tone but “you don't get used
to anything”.
Although Botox has reached an all-time high being a definite
must among women who want to stay looking flawless and without
wrinkles, Gwyneth states that she's not a fan of the 'beauty
enhancers' and that she would rather have little things done like
lasers and regular facials instead of turning towards the
miraculous injections. She says:
“I'll take my wrinkles. I don't like the Botox thing.”
Surprisingly, Gwyneth admits that she has saved all of her clothes
before her daughter Apple was even born as she knew she will once
have a girl and she'll be above clothes. She tells the magazine
that:
“I've been saving my clothes for her since before she was born. I
was like, I'll bet you anything I'll have a daughter, and she'll be
a really cool butch lesbian and be so above clothes, and I got a
very clothes-obsessed child. So if she's a lesbian, she's a
lipstick lesbian. She doesn't like anything avant-garde at all. She
likes anything that's pretty, pretty, pretty or has a bow or a
ruffle or is pink.”
