For all 'Twilight' fans, Entertainment Weekly has prepared a beautiful surprise for the magazine's latest issue, with exclusive details and photos on "Breaking Dawn" and the Twilight wedding! A special cover featuring Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart posing tenderly, but also another cover with gorgeous hunk Taylor Lautner. Inside the magazine you can find exclusive photos and behind-the-scenes details from the final installment of the series, 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn'.
Why is 'Twilight' so popular? We could give plenty of reasons,
yet it is certain that the series became a real phenomenon
throughout the entire world, having a massive audience especially
among teenagers. Now, with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor
Lautner reprising their roles for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn
– Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2,
'Entertainment Weekly' comes with a special issue in which you'll
find the first official full photos of the last installment in the
series.
The cover itself is rather festive, featuring Robert Pattinson and
Kristen Stewart posing romantically, while another cover shows
Taylor Lautner looking extremely hot. In the interview, the three
actors talk about Bella and Edward’s wedding day, the brutal birth
of the baby, but also about their favorite scenes. "I like the
honeymoon scenes because it’s such a massive turnaround in Edward
and Bella’s relationship," Robert admits.
Speaking about shooting the wedding day, Kristen says that, "I
never would have thought I’d be affected in this way, but it was
one of the coolest things that I’ve done. There was a certain point
when I walked on set, and I saw everyone from the entire cast
sitting there in the pews, about to do their bit. And it was just
so perfect for me in that moment. It was so emotional in such a
real way. I literally felt like thanking them for coming."
In 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn', Bella and Edward have a
remarkable daughter, Renesmee. On the birth scene in the film
Kristen says that, "It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes
up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex. The birth is really
effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what
it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque,
because that’s how it was written in the book. I would have loved
to have been puking up blood."
Director Billy Condon told EW that 'Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2'
will be far bloodier than the other in the franchise. "We shot
everything — whether it’s the lovemaking or the childbirth — as
potent and powerful as it can be. It will be interesting to see
whether there will be people who think it too disturbing for this
universe."
Taylor Lautner speaks about his so-called 'privileges' of filming
shirtless in the rain. "Everybody is always complaining to me that
I don’t have to wear the contacts, I don’t have to wear the white
makeup or wear wigs and all that stuff. And I’m like, 'I’m the one
in the freezing rain and cold not wearing a shirt! I paid my dues
in New Moon and
Eclipse'". On falling for Renesmee in Part 2, he says that, "There
were many times I walked up to Stephenie [Meyer] and asked her,
'What exactly is imprinting?' It’s still a very confusing thing for
me, so don’t ask."
You'll find more behind-the-scenes details on 'Breaking Dawn' and
exclusive photos in the new issue of 'Entertainment Weekly', on
stands Friday, April 29. Part 1 of 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking
Dawn' will be released on November 18, 2011, while Part 2 on
November 16, 2012.
