She's managed to build a reputation of a strong girl with plenty
of talent after showing off her skills playing powerful characters
in various movies and now actress Emma Stone shows her
unique style as she lands her very first Vogue cover. The 23 year
old actress, who's currently promoting her upcoming movie 'The
Amazing Spider-Man', channels her energy into showing her morphing
style as she goes from stylish 70s chic darling to a 'mademoiselle'
look without appearing out of her 'comfort zone'. Emma graces the
cover of Vogue July 2012 donning a gorgeous Nina Ricci Fall 2012
dress while rocking a retro high volume 'do, so check out her
stunning Mario Testino snaps featured in the magazine as they are
definitely worth every bit of attention.
After showing off her uniqueness in front of the camera, Emma Stone
opens up about her upcoming movie, acting as well as fashion, and
tells one of the magazine's writers that "I'm not saving lives. But
I get to tell stories, and that's a pretty important task".
Some celebs are portrayed as divas on the set, but not Emma
Stone as according to her 'The Amazing Spider-Man' co-star Andrew
Garfield, "working with Emma was like diving into a thrilling,
twisting river and never holding on to the sides. From the start.
To the end. Spontaneous. In the moment. Present. Terrifying. Vital.
The only way acting with someone should be."
The 23 year old actress, who is known for her love for a good joke,
confesses to having suffered from panic attacks growing up in
Arizona and it seems that she found exactly what she needed to push
through and free herself of anxiety. Her secret: Comedy! Emma tells
Vogue that:
“Comedy was my sport. It taught me how to roll with the
punches.”
Determination seems to be one of Emma's numerous qualities as she
recalls the moment she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an
actress. At just 14 years old, Emma decided she wanted to make it
big in 'The City of Angels' and decided the best way to convince
her parents to allow her to move to L.A was to make a PowerPoint
presentation.
