Ashley Greene, 'The Bombshell', Freida Pinto, 'The Goddess', and Emma Stone, 'The Cool Girl', are featured on different covers for 'Glamour' May 2011. Therefore, get ready for one hot issue with three of the sexiest young actresses in the business.
'Glamour' magazine has prepared a very pleasant surprise for its
May issue with not one, but three different covers. The beautiful,
young actresses Ashley Greene, Freida Pinto and Emma Stone are
posing gracefully, photographed by Matthias Vriens-McGrath. In the
interviews for the magazine, the three lovely ladies opened up and
talked about an array of topics, including their personal
lives.
Ashley Greene, who has recently
split from boyfriend Joe Jonas, told 'Glamour' that their
relationship was based on friendship. "A friendship developed
first, and that's the most important thing for me. If you are going
to be with someone all the time, they need to be your best friend,"
she admits. Then, the 24-year-old actress added: "You need to be
able to talk about the difficult things. I don't want us to talk
about our ex-boyfriends or ex-girlfriends. The past is the past. As
long as it's not a mass-murderer past! You're with the person who
you're with as they are now."
The 'Twilight' star also talked about how she manages to stay away
from all the Hollywood specific party lifestyle and the pitfalls it
implies. "I keep to the ground rules. I’m not going to get drunk at
a bar. There are younger girls who look up to me. So I do my best
not to stray too far," she says.
Frieda Pinto is currently dating 'Slumdog' co-star Dev Patel. As
for relationships in Hollywood, the beautiful 26-year-old actress
told 'Glamour' that, "When a doctor is performing an operation, his
mind cannot be somewhere else. And it’s the same with actors. You
have to commit yourself mind, body and soul to a project in order
to do justice to it. And temptations are rife in this industry,
which is why I think it’s important to know yourself before you try
to deal with a relationship."
Freida, who was filming in Tunisia when the uprising broke out,
shared this experience saying that, "There was a civil war going
on. People were burning down shops and malls; there was killing and
bloodshed. I was stuck in this massive hotel with 354 rooms and
only six guests. The lights kept shutting down, and there was a
5:00pm curfew. But I wasn’t there by myself: Dev [Patel, her
Slumdog costar and current boyfriend] came down to see me. I was so
glad I had company."
Gorgeous Emma Stone, on the other hand, speaks about
all the things she looks for in a guy. "Honestly, I cannot put a
finger on it. One guy could do something that I would find
deplorable, and [with] another guy I’d find it charming…. It
depends on the person. The one thing that needs to be there is that
indefinable spark of sorts. But I’m 22 years old…. I have no idea
what I’m talking about," Emma says.
It is well-known the fact that 'skinny' is not just a must-have,
but rather a pressure and obsession in Hollywood. On this, Emma
said that, "You’re a human being, you live once and life is
wonderful, so eat the damn red velvet cupcake."
Speaking about her mother, 'The Amazing Spider-Man' actress reveals
that, "She is the greatest person on earth. She always helps me
deal with things as they happen instead of planning them all out
ahead of time. But that’s one of 600 billion pieces of advice she’s
given me."
