Then I would suggest Pilates. It is so hard but it will give you long and lean muscles. It is low impact kinda stuff but you really learn how to use your core muscles. or ' powerhouse' as they call it. Give it a try. Swimming is also very good, Yoga as well. Some light jogging is great!

lighter weight, more reps, more sets. dont keep pushing yourself too hard too fast cuz thats how you grow. pilates is a great way to tone up. its really a fancy name for floor exercises. dont be scared of push ups, hand weights, and fitness balls either. WAY more effective than they look

high repetition low weight. to burn but not build

find some exercises where you do arm lifts at different angles and just use a very small weight or a larger book

I actually like using the Rowing Machine, the Lat pull downs, and holding yourself up in the plank pose.
