about fiften laps in the pool maybe twenty one day and then do ten miles on the excersise bike another day...like switch on and off every other day how much weight do you think i would lose i really want to loose weight in my thighs and stomach and my doc said that my fat is lodged inbetween my muscles bummer i know...lol so tell me what i can do.......................oh and does that 321 slimfast thing work?

okay swimming will definitely help you lose fat all around, and cycling will help you work the calfs/ legs , however, you'll have to devote some to your stomache as well, these can be as simple as 10-15 crunches a day with torso rotations to help the obliques. Also you'll have to stay hydrated, eat right, no skipping meals lol, just eat smaller portion sizes. I don't know if the 321 slimfast thing works, but my mom lost weight around her waist doing a belly pilates routine from youtube. :D
