i have been working out for a straight week everyday ten miles on the bike and some other stuff can you please give me some ideas on how to lose weight by may 22 like i said before i want to show my dance teachers i have just been doing nothing and how can i start to like running i absolutly hate it and i know that is the best way to lose weight annndd how can i cut down my cravings i get so hungry and i buy food which also doesnt help with my finance problem so help me out here........and is running outside better then on a treadmill and tell me good diets not like extreme diets like the lemonade ones but affordable ones

One weight loss program that I know works is the Atkins diet. My friend's mom tried it and apparently in one month she lost 10 lbs, but you know everybody is diffrent. I don't know if this would be an "extreme" diet or not, but I though I might as well say something about it. Another thing I can say for curbing your appetite is water. If you drink it constantly it will fill you up. When you start to get hungry pop a piece of gum in your mouth. It should also take your mind off of eating. I'd advice not to work out as much....your body will start getting immune to it.

alot of 'will power' will help if you can just stick to your guns



having rice cakes with chocolate chips are my favs for snacks

fruit oranges, bananas, apples around the house

wagon wheel cereal even

ofcourse cutting out sodas will help bunches

drinking plenty of water or juices

Okii so first to really get into running make shur u run with like a friend and also have lots of your favorite music on ur ipod or watever. while your dieting make shur u eat enough but just eat healthy things in proportion

if it is you in that picure, you dont need to lose weight. if you are older then 14 you are wellcome to have a talk hvit me if you want a boyfriend,,, but abaute the weight, as i say, if you want you can.
