Try putting it on your water line instead. It might feel funny at first, but you'll adjust to it. Make sure not to tug on your eye to much though.

first off, make sure your liner is not too dull but not too pointed either. Draw a disconnected line from the outer corners going in, using light strokes. Smudge.

i love using ULTA waterproof automatic liners they go on smooth and stay where you put them

i'm not sure but most automatic waterproof liners should be about the same

it may be just because you're putting your eyeliner wrong for your eyeshape. try going into a mac store or something and having them do your makeup for you =) so you can learn some other ways that look good

some tips...

- use waterproof/smudge proof

- try experimenting with pencil form, crayon, gel, and liquid

- use a makeup base/primer/prep/finishing powder

- if it's liquid, make sure it dries!

- don't put it on too thick or too heavy...
