give yourself a break and have some! if this is something that's not part of your regular diet at all then I don't think it's gonna be that bad to treat yourself once in awhile. Although be careful not to fall into a cycle of binge eating (hopefully, you have the willpower for that). Enjoy!

lol spicy food won't speed up your matabolisim really

drinking ice cold water can for a short time while your body is re heating

and it's awesome to have a 'treat' from time to time i have at least one snack a day sometimes more but i keep them in moderation i only eat a serving or a handfull of something.

you should have some in moderation. example: if you exercised a lot that day, then you should have a samll handful or something. just remember that not all spicy foods spped up your metabolism. you shouldn't eat the whole bag, if that's what you're were thinkiing that you were going to do.

and oh, I would also recommend engaging in some activity to burn off some of those calories just to tone down the guilt trip afterwards.
