any exercise i'd say 30 mins a day but it's great to do some kind of belly dancing video they sell them at best buy, walmart, ross, or you can youtube one

it all depends...nothing comes easy but it can be fun and still be a workout. you got to use your muscles and actually move not just swing them around. a good rule to always keep in mind is to keep your body in 'exercise and toning mode" keep your middle firm. taht just means pull your stomach in like youre sucking in and keeping it tight like it happens when you are doing crunches. when you keep your midddle tight no matter what you do will do better for you because your middle controls your limbs and their movements

i hip roll n it didnt help me loose weight. maybe if it was a lifestyle for me than yea it would get me fit but i jus do it for fun so not really. but u should try doin ot for bout halr an hr or an hr a day. might get ur body more in shape
