i really want to lose weight...but i'm LAZY...i mean what can i do to MOTIVATE MYSELF

i used to be skinnier...now i just eat ALOT. i've tried not to...i want to get my six pack before my senior dance show (in june)...PLEASE HELP...i have a very low self esteem...and i need advice.

i used to have the same problem and now i am currently working on it through a few ways.

1. Eat a big breakfast thats healthier. i eat cereal and wheat-toast or even eggs and toast.

2. since your eating a big breakfast, look into not eating school lunch or a very small lunch. the first few days are hard but then your body adapts.

3. work out with friends!!!! i hate working out and i really just love long walks with my pals its fun and helps.

4. Try replacing the food you eat with low-calorie choices. ex. instead of drinking gatorade i drink aquafina favor splashes no calories. or small things like wheat bread instead of white bread or baking frenchfries instead of frying them.

5. you won't see the improvements right away but believe me after a few weeeks you will feel so much better about yourself and that will further motivate you.

make chart on how long to walk each day even if you start on 10 mins a day if you do that then that will be grand also pilates really tones you up and gives you better posture while making it easir to exircise

also if your exirsise becomes a daily routine you won't need to get motivated





also you can take the stairs at every possible opp



annddd.. i find going for a run in the pouring rain is extremly fun!

The good thing about this diet forr you is that u can eat as much as you want and still lose wait.

Iv been on it and its the easiest diet i have been on. I lost almost 20 pounds. It can be hard for you if there is a lott of junk food in the house. Best thing is to not buy it and limit yourself to only wants in the house and that can be in the diet.



My dad and my two brothers are always on the diet. My dad tried diets and could never stay on it like he has for this diet. My brothers is a little slower but still losing weight.



I live with my mom and go to my dads on the weekends. I am the only one at my moms doing the diet. So its a lot harder for me. My stepdad is in love with junk food so we have a lot of it. My mom is on alli. ITs a pill that makes u poop:D if u eat to much fat. The only thing about that is it may help you lose weight but ur not learning the right eating way. Well when i am over there i eat eggs for breadfesk. When i come home for school i eat a salad. Salads are ur main snacks unless u can have cheeze. for dinner i just ate the meat out for the meal. If my parents don't make meat that day i eat tuna fish.
