I have an idea for you...it IS a tad of work, but really simple, and it's yummy and healthy (considering its a dessert).
It's a Norwegian recipe, and it's called "Tilslørte Bondepiker" ("veiled peasant girls" ...a weird name, I know.) It consists of apples (or apple puree), whipping cream and bread or cookie crumbs.
The best link I could find was this:
although I have to say that the vanilla is optional and I would prefer to garnish it with some honey and chopped (possibly roasted) almonds instead of chocolate.
It's not the way my family in western Norway makes it, but I couldn't find the recipe for that online. Still, this is a really good and not too rich dessert. Hope this maybe helps.
um mabye make a sunday there always fun and you can put anything you want in it
