any advice?

I would really like to tone up my body, but the only problem is that I don't have any way to any work out equipment, it's waaay too cold and icy for me to go out and run, and I'm a beginner and I'm lost with no clue on what to do!

does anyone have any ideas on how I could tone my body or lose some of my 'winter weight' considering all of this?

thanks so much! ALSO, how can I break some of my bad eating habits that I have gotten and replace them with better ones?

YOUR HOME : D lmao is my fav place to workout and is completly FREE
do situps have a pillow under your back for support, pretend run like run in one spot pushing legs up. youtube fitness videos there has to b something.
laydown ;lift your legs and move them in a cycling movement.
put on some music in your room and dance each song should be the tme you move ex 5 minutes move and then when you get tired stop for one song then continue.
food is good : ) instead of whole milk swich to rice or soy , or skim b ut if you have a skin prob soy or rice. instead of high fat sweets switch to marshmellows, gummies,, pretzels, etc there low fat and delicious. strat eating different types of soups to put in veggies so your not eating them raw. i've taken cooking class so i've learned a lot and can play around with ingredients on a recipe. is great cuz if you dunt like something in a recipe you can alter it and add ingredients u like . whenever your hungry after eating eat a fruit like an apple or pear thats filling. portion control eat a lot of small meals throughout the day.

To be honest with you. I was living in Arizona and I just moved to Chicago cold state so i know how your feeling on that one what I do is i would look up work out videos on youtube for example ab work outs they're so many work outs that you could do at home!

Oh hun, you don't need machines!
1. Youtube videos
2. Sign up at your local gym - (go to their classes every other day)
3. Buy a workout video - seeing as you're looking to tone I recommend yoga/pilates/dancing

And for the whole eating better thing all I can say is that you have to have good self control and to WANT to look better is the motivation you should have.
There's a lot of things you can try though. Hope that helped. Good luck.
