Thinner Waist/"Hourglass" Body?

Any exercises I can do 4 getting a thinner waist?

I really like my bod but I think it'd look nicer if I had a smaller waist.

Im trying 2 get more of an "hourglass" figure like the pics here.

sorry but there is no way to change your body shape. All the models don't make it as good as it seems to be. but it is good that you like your shape. But people are going to see you as who u are not as who you look like so if they do judge jyou on what you look like they are not the kind of people to listen to. I am not trying to lead your life but this what I would do it is your choice

well you can't change your shape but, you can do exercises that will emphasize areas that give the look of an hour glass shape, so what you should are push ups (they help increase your pectoral muscles which then push out your breasts making them appear bigger), or if you work out at a gym do "lateral pulls" (there should by a machine that says that), they do the same thing with out the intensity of push ups. Another exercise you cold do to draw your waist inwards are modified sit-ups:

so you lie on your back, keep your legs as if you were doing a regular sit up (feet flat on the floor, knees bent),

then take your left ankle and rest it on your right knee,

then put your left arm straight out your side (so in line with your shoulder),

put your other arm behind your head like a regular sit up,

once you are in this position do your sit ups by taking your arm that's folded behind your head and direct your right elbow towards your left knee (they won't actually touch each other but just move it in that direction)

*then do the opposite side, you should feel a burn on one side of your abs (mostly one side, depending which side you're doing left or right)

What that will do is working your transverse abdominis and your rectus abdominis (so your abs and the sides of your stomach) contort a more curvy shape

Lastly, another exercise you could do would be to make your butt bigger by doing some bum work outs which you make it bigger (by increasing muscle) and therefore making everything else less emphasized.
