Help! I need to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks in order for my dad to let me get a belly ring.

Any tips on how to eat right and what exercises i can do everyday to help me out? Also, my scale is this needle one that point to the number but the chart always moves if one bump bumps it, and good scales out there? more clear : need a new scale

You can try eating fruits and veggies, whole foods. And you can jog for 30 min. every other day. That helps me

if u love pineapples and almonds and water do that for a month pineapples are so full of natural juices and almonds are protein and water to cleanes your self and walk you'll be fun and u can eat it all day

20 pounds?!? just by your face picture you look so skinny!(and REALLY pretty by the way!(: ) umm you can really cut down on carbs (bread, dairy sweets pasta) for a week or two and that works really well! treadmills (not sure if its spelled right) work really well! but i hate them so dancing hulla hooping running, anything is good! good luck with your belly ring!(:
