I am starting my sophomore year of college on August 22 and I basically gained 10-15 pounds that I lost last year. I would like to lose that weight again and maintain it by the time my classes start. When I lost my weight I had more energy, I had a better self-esteem, and I was happy. How can I lose those 10-15 pounds again by August 22, I know it it a short time but can I do it? Please help
