Here are some tips on how to get healthy shiny hair.

Condition! I am a huge proponent of massively conditioning your hair. Provided you get a really good conditioner (NOT Pantene ProV, it dulls your hair with wax buildup), it can go a very long way on a very little amount of money. Regular conditioning is also the best way to prevent damage.

Freeze! Before you get out of the shower, rinse your hair with water as cold as you can stand it. This seals the strand, which yields ridiculously shiny hair, and also helps protect the strand from damage.

Cut it out! Regular haircuts prevent splitting and stimulate natural regrowth. Hello, bouncy hair!

Turn Down the Heat! Most people inflict massive amounts of damage on their hair with the styling tools they use--flat irons, curling irons, hair dryers and more serious damage, dull, and deflate your hair. Before and after you style, mist a leave in conditioner on hair to protect it.

If you're a high heat hair drying junkie, turn it down to medium. Seriously, it makes a huge difference.

Fake it til you Make it! Hey, healthy hair does not happen over night, so fake it with a shine spray. .

Hope that helps :)

Also here are a couple of my favorite hair products that help you get shiny hair. First is herbal essences hello hydration shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE it! it smells great and makes my hair silky smooth. :x I also love aussies sun touched shine collection. Another brand that really works. This line includes shine enhancing gel, shampoo, conditioner, hi-shine hairspray, and a conditioning shine spray.

Oh and one last tip drinking lots of water also helps keep your hair healthy and shiny!!

I hope something out of all of this helps :)

Firstly find a good shampoo and conditioner. Pantene and etc are okay but they contain chemicals which can dry out dyed or streaked hair. Still okay to us though if you dont want to spend more on good coloursave shampoos and conditioners.

Drink plenty of water and exercise etc.

When your washing your hair wash with lukewarm/ warm water not hot because it will strip the natural oils.

Leave your shampoo in for 5 minutes; it makes your hair really really soft. Then repeat with the shampoo but rinse it out after you apply. While you apply massage your head with your fingertips not your fingernails. This will help boost circulation to the head and heps make your hair shiny.

Next apply conditioner to your hair; a tip is too not use it any higher than your ears because it can make your hair oily. Repeat again and comb through your hair gently with a wide toothed comb it will detangle your hair.

Before you get out of the shower rinse your hair with cold water this will close the cuticles and make your hair shiny.

When you dry your hair dab at it and lightly scrunch; even better use papertowels they'll reduce frizz.

Then comb through your hair and apply a light hold mousse not one that maeks your hair stiff. Then using a paddle brush and hair dryer dry small sections facing the hairdryer down. Then straighten. Finish with a light hold hairspray dont use too much. Hope this helps (: x

Herbal essences hello hydration is so awesome! I love it & everyone i know who uses it loves it.

Try not to blow dry your hair all that much. When you let your hair air dry it's much softer. :]

I use Dove Damage Repair conditioner after using the shampoo. That conditioner makes my hair extremely silky and shiny. Also, after taking a shower, rinse your hair with cold water. That's another trick to bring that shiny look.

shampoo your hair with any hydration shampoo, dont matter if its dove, or iuno herbal ecances w/e.. just any hydration shampoo, but.. shampoo once , thefirst time, so that it gets the dirtyness and grease out of your hair. the second time, so it can do what it says o nthe lable, hydrate your hair.. brush your hair in the showerwith the shampoo in your hair.. then you rinse it, after, you put the conditionair EVERYWHERE! like, gte it everywhere, .. to your roots, and to your hairends.. keep it in for like about 10 minuets so it works well, keeping it in for longer is better.. so while its in, you can do what ever girls do in the shower lol, shave, uhmm,, wash ur body lol. i duno .. ?? whetever u do in ur shower, but turn off the water, cause like dont waist wter for like 10 minuets.. or .. you can choose to keep it in ur hair for like 20 min. if you want to take like a bubble bath or something. but dont get ur hair wet. then your rinse it out totally and.. there.. if you want , you can like do it again, but the second time, only for like 5 minuets.. and brush it out . while water is rinsein it out 2..

yea.. well, hope i helped:)
