Well there is always a root to any problem. Try to sit down and reflect on what may be the reason you so easliy get ticked could be anything or maybe somehing as simple as you hate not being appreicated.? Whatever it is..if you find the root of your anger you can then try to resolve it or better yet control it by deciding your not going to let it bother you. Dicipline yourself..hope that helped you! :)

The first step is realizing that you have a problem with anger. Only you can control your anger by trying to avoid getting angry in the first place or calming yourself when you get angry.

It's a good idea to look back and see what made you feel angry and work from there.

the first thing you need to do is realise when and why you get angry. and then you can take things from there. try and figureout an efective way for you to calm yourself down. [for example; counting from one to ten slowly, taking deep breaths, or simply just ignoring the person/people that are getting you angry]

First off when you find yourself getting angry :BREATHE. That's important, and after you have calmed down and reflected on why you're angry you might get help from writing it all down in a journal. Writing helps a lot.

well remeber when you are angry think about what u are saying cos when u are angry u say things tht you dont mean which makes the situtuation worse.if you are angry and need to calm down try to breathe count to ten, you could try to go to sleep because that will calm u down and clear your mind also being tired could be the reason u do get angry.also when you do get into and argument with someone, think is the argument really worth the hassle? it might seem really important at the time but wont do u any good later. also try to remove yourself from the problem when you feel like ur starting to get angry and come back to the situation in a calmer mood.
