it can be normal (it's a good thing to have a good scale and make sure it's set on 0 everytime before you step on it) also if it's a cheaper one and it's slightly bend inward on the top where you stand it will toss it off



and also putting the weight on the heels or the balls of your feet can change what it says about your weight



usually adding more pasta and bread to your meals can help you gain weight



and when you drink milk drink whole milk
