how to make layers stand out?

I have short, maybe chin length layers in my hair. Theyre like on the sides the most. But most of the time the layers just fall into my hair making it Unoticable.SO basically I have layers for no reason, since they barely show.

Idk how to make them stand out or even pop out.Any products I should be using in order for making them stand out of my long hair. Thank you :]

What I used to do when I had long hair was after straightening my hair I would flip my hair over and run some mousse close to the scalp. That showed my layers. I also used to tease it just a little bitty bit and you could seem them. Or blow dry my hair upside down after straightening.
