My friend needs some help gaining weight...

So my friends a dancer and she practices 5 days a week and also take aerobics classes 3 times a week in the morning (something like dance is anaerobic so they need to balance it with aerobics) and she has a naturally small appetite (I've know her since we were litle and even then she did so I know she not lying) and she's just like insanely skinny. Well her mom's kinda concerned because we're almost fifteen and she hasn't gotten her period yet and because she doesn't have enough body fat she can't get it and so she know sthat she needs to gain weight but she doesn't wanna change up her exercise routine because she's passionate about dance and she needs the aerobics for her heart and she can't really force herself to eat more than she can take so what are some healthy, fail-safe ways for her to gain some more weight and be a woman? Just some tips would be nice. Thanks.

she can take pills that make her apetite grow , and she should keep eating will for sure make her fat :) and if she is so worried she should go to the doctor !

look for small foods with lots of fat in it. (; usually what dieters stay away from. that way she doesn't need to change her appetite. like she could eat salads, but replace onions with chicken and put thousand island dressing on there. that stuff's a nightmare when it comes to fat. (:

mm.. yeah she should take food with more fat and also should eat food rich in other nutritions too.
