I think I'm overweight.

I'm 15 years old and 5'4" and we don't have a scale in our house so I never get to weigh myself, but recently I was in Iowa visiting my grandparents and I weighed myself and it said 120 pounds! I feel so fat I've started exercising dailly and only eating a granola bar and two salads daily along with some random fruit for snacks and drinking coffee water and i had a soda once in the past three days. what else can I do to lose weight safely? I'm really disgusted by myself.

honestly, you are at a healthy weight...but if you are unhappy...just exercise and eat healthy...that means more than just granola bars (those can actually be bad) and salad/fruit....you need to have protein, and different types of meats....one way to contol how much you're eating is to have a 2inch border around the plate and only have an inch high of food. so you need to have a 2inch ring (if you will lol) and do not pile your food higher than inch off your plate

you should be happy with your weight thats healthy i was trying to gain to 120 lbs cuz before i looked so skinny : / trust me u wouldn't wanna lose but maybe exercise , exercise will tone your body (Y) plus u need more food , what your having is sooo little like you don't need to eat junk but more healthy stuff like protein.

Actually that is a very healthy weight. You shouldn't lose too much weight because there is a thing as too skinny. However if you still like to have a leaner stomach i suggest lots of excerise and if it's mainly the stomach your focusing on then do crunches and workouts that focus on abs. Don't stop eating because it could be dangerous and very unhealthy. By eating right try the food guide because it has the nutrients you need for your age and lifestyle. Be sure to get all of the food groups and excerise daily and you'll lose acouple of pounds while being very healthy. Hope i helped :) good luck.

That's average, haha I weigh about the same and almost the same age..but if you really don't like it keep doing what your doing, cutting our wheat/gluten from your diet can really help you lose weight fast and make you feel alot better, but it's hard you can't have anything like bread or anything with flour in it..but I'd say just keep at what your doing and exersize 20 minutes a day and drink plenty of water:)

your a normal weight. 120 pounds is an average weight for 5'2" so...

okay, well you may need to take multivitamins...or foods such as fish (idk if you count fish as meat...i know some vegetarians eat fish), egg plant is good...but i would definitely recommend multivitamins.....also, nut have protein and iron too, definitely look into those
