Belly fatt? wut do i doo?!

Ok so i have "belly fat". I just want a flat stoughmach!!! im not one of those skinny little girls. I do run.. a lot. People say it helps but its really done nothing! I'm in cross country AND track AND i run inthe winter sometimes. So wut the heck shall i do? sit ups? crunches? push ups? plz helpp!!

pilates that target the belly =x if you youtube BONNIES PILATES WORKOUT-BELLY then you should get a video showing you roughly what would help your belly tone up and lose the fat it's really good =D

hummm, I used to run track during highschool and soccer. Now I do not do either so I have gained some weight. You can check out ; I subscribe to Women's Health Magazine. it really helps alot. check out the website... maybe you might need to check your diet. Try to cut some things out? Maybe? I have started Pilates and it hurts! IT works tho... maybe you can attempt that?

You want to do aerobic workout which are the quickest way to speed up ur metabolism and lose weight. Or what you can do is when running sprint as fast as you can for a 1min then jog for a min and keep repeating until the end of ur run. You will burn more calories this way than just going out for a run.
