Way's to Lose Weight

I am looking to lose about....roughly 15-20 pounds by June? Mostly in the thighs and belly. Any ideas? I've been doing 100 sit-ups a day to help with my belly, and 2min wall sit's for my legs/thighs. Is there any healthy foods you would recomend or anything???

Eat low fat, low carbs, high protein diet. Make sure you get a bit of everything, but fat and carbs should be a very small portion of your daily diet. Eat rice instead of pasta. Eat salad instead of pizza or steak etc.

You will not loose belly fat by doing sit-ups. All you are doing is building up great abs that are still covered up by fat. Go for a fast 20-30 minute walk every day (or longer) and/or go running, skip rope, ride your bike around. Anything that gets you moving.

Sleep a lot and drink a lot of water. Both of these things are very important for losing weight.

Good luck!

Pretty much echo what's been said. ^^ Remember, though, not to lose too much too quickly. Ideally, 2 pounds are the most that should be lost a week, so just keep that in mind.

Do more up and bouncy exercises. Jump-rope is great, but not really appropriate for this time of year. Turn on some music and just run around to it (it often helps if no one's around xD). Even walking around a mall extensively (avoiding buying the processed food in the food court) can be very beneficial. My favorite is running up and down stairs... after a few days, you look forward to it, and it's exciting, believe it or not. Happy pheromones, haha!

Go for a lot of fruits and veggies (at least one a day can be sooo good for you). Go all-natural whenever possible. Check the labels on processed foods... the amount of carbs is (in my opinion) the most vital part. An ideal meal is about 15, but that's often hard to get down to. Go for healthy foods (the more meat and greens, the better... breads are good, but don't overdo it), exercise regularly, and you'll be well on your way!

Good luck. Like Jools said, blogging is a great idea. I probably should too...
