Will getting alot of sleep, and going to bed at the right times help you loose weight?

YES! When deprived of sleep the body goes into "survival mode" and it stores all excess foods as fat. It's almost impossible to lose weight if u arent sleeping correctly.
Oh my gosh!!! Thank you soooo much!!! No wonder me working out hasn't been working that well. I stay up until mid-night, and wake-up at 6 to shower, do hair, etc.
So, if I go to sleep approximatly 12hrs. before I wake-up, and do like, a hundred crunches every morning, and run for 30min. once in a while, I'll start loosing weight?

also there is a reason it's called breakfast
because you're breaking the night fast
lol while you sleep your body might be slowing down but you are still using energy and not taking any in
every lil bit counts huh?
don't eat late at night, it will cause you to gain weight which im assuming you DON'T want. :D

idk bout sleeping
but you should excersice each morning
AND i read in a mag
that having sex burns alot of weight
each orgasm burns 60-100 calories or sumthing
though you prolly arnt that desprate for losing weight
so yeah, excersise, have a balanced diet & sleep the right amount of time :]]
