Going to mexico in november want to loose 15 pounds by then. Tips?

So I am going to mexico in the beginning of November, and I want to loose at least 15 pounds by then. Well, not so much pounds as fat and not gaining a whole lot of muscle. what are some good excersise routines that a 14 year old girl can get into daily? Mainly taregeting my stomach, love handles, and thighs. I'm fine with everything else, just I've gotten pretty chubby over the last few years.

and any good diets? eating tips? etc. ?

I'm not willing to go on any stupid if you have those in mind don't bother saying, I'm not going to starve myself.

But if you have suggestions on how to loose weight and quick, please, do tell.

I know most of you are going to tell me that that is normal, but I really do have a big flabby belly, big love handles, and thunder thighs that I would like to get rid of before I go to mexico.

good for you-starving is NOT the answer! diets arent either-especially when youre so young. You are still growing so I hesistate even telling you anything for fear you think you need to or let it get out of control. if you dont want to gain muscle you dont need to work out just do cardio. eating is still a must-eat enough protein, carbs and yes some fats. try eating good fats like nuts, fish, and peanut butter. just eat when youre hungry and stop when youre full. try to not over eat but eat smaller portions every three hours. and dont forget a good solid breakfast to get your metabolism going in the morning like cheese, eggs, peanut butter, low fat milk, or bananas.

Well one of the best weight lost plans ive ever done is a plan where i eat within 6 hours a day so like i eat from 12pm to 6pm. its great cause im never hungry and i eat what i want to! no fat free or cal counting crap!

Plus im not full when i go to bed which is great cause that will burn cals in my sleep. (thats a big no no eating 3 hours before you go to bed, good way to pack on the pounds!) i only have sugar on Saturday and Sunday if i want to. on the week days i stay away from it. plus i work out from 1 hour to 30 mins a day, like a aerobic workout. burns the most. you can easily burn 5 pounds a week!

AND REMEMBER TO STRETCH BEFORE YOU WORKOUT! This will cut the soreness in half.
