HELP! My hair cut is not how I wanted it at all!

I went to cost cutters today and got my hair cut! but....She didn't do it right. Of course. It was probably lost in communication because she had a thick accent so she was from a different country. Anyways, She cut my bangs too short and did not do what I asked her. It is kinda half the style i wanted it. Now I could be improve because I stopped her before I did too much damage. Anyways, Should I have my sister cut my hair with a reference picture should I go and get it professionally done....again?

mmmno. that is difficult to add layers to. i would go back and ask to simple get less volume where you want it. adding layers will prob add more volume. go to a professioanl and wait for your bangs to grow out. Im sorry! it sucks that she didnt care enough to do her job..next time that happens you can ask for your money back or a better cut-you have that right

go to a professional. but go to a better place than cost cutters... it's worth the extra money if your hair is the way you want it.

bring in pictures, ideas, and communicate clearly. as a hair stylist, it's hard to try and guess what my client wants when they don't speak up.
