truthfully before taking on any diet you should fine some type of meal plan on e-healt or something like that you really need to makesure you do your homework.

i will tell you i lost alot of my weight by eating either a bagel and cream chees or cereal (usually frosty flakes with bananas) for breakfast sometimes drinking some OJ as well

then for lunch i would eat a noodle bowl. the ones i used were about 83 cents at walmart and they cook in the microwave for 5min. they have freeze dried meats and veggies. with a drink (usually coolaid of some sort)

then i would eat a normal sized dinner nothing to bloat me but it would fill me up

then most of the day when i was hungry and wanting to snack i would drink that coolaid drink. i used the equate brand from walmart that was sugar free punch

drinking plenty of water can help alot and i can't just drink water it makes me sick lol

before starting a diet when you are still young, you need to CONSULT A DOCTOR. you are still in a growing phase. if you don't give your body the right nutrients, youll basically f yourself over (forgive my anger). you are fine the way you are. i promise.

drinking ONLY water is bad for your body. you need nutrients.

dont diet, dont eat just soup, and dont do anything drastic just for your body's sake. trust me, it is not a good thing to start. being healthy, making good choices, and not restricting yourself from anything is the way to stop yourself from a lot of fun times in life. this is what you need to remember: soup will not make you lose weight, eating less does. the idea behind the soup thing is that its supposed to make you feel fuller longer because its hot and liquid, and so you get less hungry and eat less. but the fewer calories you eat the lower your metabolism works so you can actually do the opposite. the best way to keep yourself where you need to be is eating when youre hungry and stopping when your full-you cant go wrong there. make sure you eat a little of everything because your body needs a little of everything otherwise youl could just mess things up. trust me, im now infertile forever.

Ive heard it works! But pick soups that will give you plenty of neutrons and all the vitamins that you need!
