For fast weight loss and tummy fat reduction, cut out late night eating. Do not eat within 2 hours of your bedtime, whenever that may be. Drink more water, 10 to 12 cups daily. Cut down on sugary sodas. If you absolutely have to drink a soda, go for the diet version. If you don’t like diet, don’t drink soda.

we have the same problem and lately, i've been toning it down with a hoola's absolutely perfect!!! since the focus is to keep it spining on your belly, you also imrpove your dancing, but i'm lazy so i don' do it everyday but hey, i'll do it now so when i meet nathan i can throw on whaever i want, a pink dress that flatters my tummy!!! oh and, having the same body as yours we're lucky our bodies are hour glass shaped, but we really need to take care of the main wiushes to both of us!!! ^_^:D:thumbup:

Doing crunches will not burn fat in your tummy. That's called spot treatment and it is impossible. The only way to lose fat around your tummy is lose fat throughout your whole body.
