moving again!

ugh im moving again and i want to make a good first impression at my new school, thankfully im starting at the beginning of the school year and no halfway through this time.... so ya, i have a generally scene look(dont hate if you dont like scenes or think i look like a poser), you know the lots of choppy layers, side swept bangs, teasing and all, but im no good with my make up, i really dont know how to do eye shadow at all or eyeliner on top of my eye. so any suggestions on making a good first impression? i dont really care about fitting in, i am who i am, and if people dont like that well then, screw them.:) also i have eyes that start out light blur to a dark gay ring on the outside, Blue* not blur haha

i would suggest not wearing any for the first few days, but if you must try a light tinted moisturiser, a touch of blush or bronzer, one coat of mascara(not too heavy) and a sheer gloss. This gives you time to figure out what the school rules regarding make-up are and how strict they apply them. After this if no rules or bit laid back start slowly increasing your eyeshadow. id start with light greys. grab 2 shades of the grey. use a cotton bud to put the darkest in the crease of your eye (under the brow bone) starting at the outside and working in towards the center gradually getting lighter. then on your lid using a brush, brush on the lighter shade blending it into the darker. If you find the lines are still to prominent then brush over a little powder foundation just to blend. Skip the eye liner this leaves you something to add for the weekends, oh and leave the lips basic.

hope i helped

i have the same problem (and i wish i could have the scene look, but my hairs curly, andi hate straightening it ever day DX, so do u have any curly scene hair suggestions, wait off topic, nvm) but yeah, different state, and i dont know anyone... but for makeup, maybe some concealer for acne, and dark lines and stuff... and this link is how to apply eyeshadow/liner stuff: and for the good first impression: for everybody, just be nice! and yourself! yes yes thisis very very corny but its true!! i personally rather be hated for who i am, then loved for who im not. =D have a good school year!! :D

i have pretty wavy hair but i just got it cut, before it wouldnt tease cause my hair was to thick. when i got it cut they cut the bottom layer pretty thin but it looks good and the top layer is still thick but shorter, and now it teases cause the bottom layer isnt holding it down as much. haha anyway thanks for thhe advice and good luck at school for you too!:)
