There is many ways to keep your makeup lasting long!

Liquid Foundation: Apply your foundation as usual and then take some face powder (can be loose, mineral or pressed) and set your foundation with it.

Lips: Apply your lip moisturizer as normal, then take a lip liner (similar colour to your lips) and shade in your lips, afterwards go over with lipstick and lipgloss as usual.

Eyeliner: Best way to set eyeliner if to take a thin eye brush dip it into an eyeshadow the same colour as your eyeliner and set your eyeliner by following the line you created.

For whole Face: The best ever product to make your makeup last all day is MAC Fix+, all you do is just spray it all over your face once you have finished your makeup. =]

also yea using less makeup can help i just use the foundation some gloss and some shadow if i'm trying to spruce up yea i'll even do a lil liner lol

also make sure your face lotion is actually for faces and is oil free i like garnier

Dude I am the same way, minus the dryness. But I have blue eyes and small lips and longlashes too, so this is wat I do:

For my foundation I use Stila one step, it has a built in primer, concealer, powder, and all mixed up to make a foundation. It really good, but kinda expensive. If you just want to stick with the stuff you have, make sure to at least get a good concealer because it will cover you zits better then just foundation and powder. So put the soncealer on first &then foundation (blot it on, dont scrub that can make your face even more dry and have more acne) then your powder.

With your eyes, I never use shadow because I like the natural look. So I line my eyes in charcoal gray, or black, or brown eyeliner (even blue looks good sometimes, depends on the outfit) black mascara always and then I try to find a light pink tinted lipgloss, I dotn wear blush either I hate how it looks on me plus I have a natural blush. Hope I helped!

Sounds to me like you need to moisturise regularly? For make-up tips hmm the thing that taught me best on make-up was surprisingly youtube! Theres loads of great make-up artists on there, just on the home page and scroll down to all the categories and click on how to style, there are LOADS of videos! Theres also hair styles and skin care on there as well as make-up. Hope I could help :) xoxo

umm you should probably moisturize everyday and wearing less makup would help but if it gets really bad this might sound reallly really weird but it seriously works for the acne dab a little tooothpaste on it it usually dry overnight . and just like barbi make sure ur face lotion is oil free

i suggest you dont use that much moisturizer b/c it can clog up pores and cause breakouts. then you should ONLY!!!! use clinique makeup b/c it is hypoalergenic. you should only use one brand of makeup b/c your face will get immune to it. to get rid of redness i sugest dabbing foundation NEVER RUBBING B/C IT WILL CAUSE IRRITATION, onto face then setting with a light for the eyes add white eyeshadow in the inner corner and through the eye. add light brown in the crease of the eye and blend. add light eyeliner but you wont need much b/c you have huge eyelashes. add white eyeliner in the waterline, thats the tearduct thats at the bottom of the eye idk how to explain it so like look it up or sumthin. then curl eyelashes, I HAVE HUGE LASHES TOO, by taking an eyelash curler and heating it up with a blowdrier. but dont make it too hot. curl and add TWO DIFFERENT BRANDS of mascara. legnthiing and volumizing. add lipgloss.
hope i could help!XOXOXOXOXOX

my 2nd answer. i did more reaserch!
WELL....... because you have dry skin probs you should not pak on the product. dabb product on or brush it on with a foundation brush. eyeliner on the waterline then squeeze the lids together white eyeshadow to make your eyes pop and put the white in the inner corner of the eye. mascara. if you want to make them look longer curl them and use 2 dif brands of mascara. i suggest using only clinique makeup, not only will your face eventualy get immune to this makeup, itshypoalergentic. and before you buy makeup have the sales consultant apply it on you and teach you how to use it. they do this at sephora, just ask them. also you should get a toner...
