lower your calorie intake and try to eat a lot of vegetables. if you haven't already, stop drinking soda and eating chips (i used to love both but stopped and i don't miss them). don't eat after 7, like ever. and of course drink water. try to eat like granola bars and fruits and stuff in small portions all day (i used to fast from breakfast until 3 cause i never bought lunch... and yeah, just gained wait. wasn't tryin' to lose any, but i gained.) but when i ate little things throughout the day i lost like 5 pounds...

all this will make you lose some excess weight if you have any now, but if you actually want to drop sizes or get toned legs and arms and abs, you've gotta work out...regularly.

it's tough! but if you get into a habit it won't be.

Just have a healthy and balanced routine...
Keep playing the sports and staying active is key, when it comes to dieting...its a little tough. Eat more GREEN veggies, lots of fruit, yogurt is great for a diet, narrow down on meat, eat more salmon and nuts. Those are just some foods that help. Also, don't eat such large portions of everything, and eat small amounts every few hours, you may eat more than three spread out.. Don't eat dinner after 7... but eat first thing in the morning. This worked for me! Hope it helps! :)
