First of all, do you even have Photoshop? Second, what exactly do you want to do? Third, most computer programs have a manual. Try reading it, even if you don't read the whole thing (which, I wouldn't suggest doing), you can probably pick and choose what subjects you want to learn about. Lastly, use some common sense too. A lot of things you do on the computer can be learned just by doing them. I hope this information was helpful. I cannot tell you any specifics about Photoshop, because I don't have it, but if you need to know anything about Picasa, which is a free photo storage/editor from Google, I would be happy to tell you. With Picasa you can do minor changes to photos, like cropping, rotating, changing the colors to black and white, sharpening, lightening, darkening, removing blemishes, and a lot more. It is very easy to use and it is free. For more info, follow this link: picasa.google.com

alot of things have to do with the blur tool like if you have any blemishes you can blur over them. also you can clone tool and see which works best for you (you can also clone then blur for bigger areas)

for makeup you can do a color in a semi opacity then blur after you color in the areas you wanted to change to make it softer
