hair help?

i have naturlaay wavy hair and i hate it. i think its ugly. ive always straightened my hair. always. and i like the way it looks, but with just moving to florida its verrrrry humid and my hair gets all frizzy and wavyish again. any tips to keep it straight? or any other hairstyles besides braids, pigtales, or ponytailes i can do (all those look terrible on me) pics would be appreciated:)

l'oreal elseve has a superb line of products which can tame frizzies. other wise try putting your hair up in a messy bun.

i just moved to florida too. i think it's garnier fructis has a nice line of anti-humidity hair stuff. search it on google.

i like doing a messy uptwist. twist the hair at the base of your neck and flip it upward then clip it to your head and let the ends hang over the top all messy like

other than that trying to use hair products that don't contain water can help check out your hairspray and makesure one of the ingredients is not water

i agree with juicystar07 product wise. i usually just curl my hair, and if my waves start coming back when it's really humid outside, you usually can't tell because it all flows together.

I hate humidity. -.-''

well, you could use some anti-humidity hair products. My hair is not naturraly so wavy, it's just---wide. and.. big. and I hate it. but when it's raining here or it's just very humid I put a bit of avocado oil on my hair (just one drop or either your hair will get all greasy) and it keeps my hair down. I also use L'Oreal concealer for coloured hair and TIGI BedHead serum for frizz control and straightening

hope I was helpful (:
