I want to dye my hair lighter so badly, I like light ash browns, auburn and some reddish browns but I'm not sure about what shades would look best on me. Also, are my eyebrows too dark? How light can I go without having to bleach them? Left pic is with light from a window and right pic is with indoors lighting (sorry for the creepy blur too :D)

I love black eyeliners but whenever I use them, it makes me look really bad. I'm 21 and without make up, I look like I'm 15-16 but when I put make up on, I look like a little kid trying to look like she's 30. So I need some kind of simple make up for everyday to make my eyes stand out, but still look my age. I noticed that it looks better if I don't use the eyeliner on my waterline but rather under it, but the eyeliner on my top lid still makes me look older. I have also tried using a brown eyeliner but it ends up looking pretty much the same. Also, I don't use eyeshadows, only mascara and eyeliner. I have fair skin and dark brown hair and eyes. I think this also makes the problem with dark eyeliners bigger, because I always look washed out by the lack of colours. I don't even know what colours would look good on me. Any suggestions?

I 'm just worried that if I use bleach it will only make the roots lighter because black is hard to be bleached (even though the dye I used is semi-permanent). Can a hairdresser make it so that it won't look weird?
