Losing weight.

Okai so I work out in a gym every tuesday and thursday. I run the track whenever time permits, i'm a vegetarian so my diet is curved. I've cut out pop, and most sweets (sometimes you just can't help it) and I eat 3-4 small meals a day. I"M NOT LOSING WEIGHT.WTH. Am i doing something wrong? Is there something else I can do? I'm going on vacation this summer (someone help me >.>) and I kind of want to look, ok. I have a lot of belly fat, and id like to lose some in my thighs. I know this is supposed to happen slowly but I kind of can't wait. I really want to get rid of it. So, got anything fer me?

Hmm...you could be those people that don't lose weight that fast. (I kno how ya feel girl, with the thighs) but try changing up your routine. Maybe start working on the elyptical, or if you already have, do it for an extra fifteen minutes. Always, always, ALWAYS, change up your routine. It's like eat something different each and everyday. Also, I noticed you said your a vegetarian. You need some protein and fat girl!! Calories and fat are actually good for you. You don't want too much, but you don't want too little or none. Doing that and working out helps BURN calories and fat, therefore letting you lose weight. (best answer?)

do yoga daily.

drink a ton of water.

work on building muscle along with cardio.

eat high water content foods such as tomatoes and cucumbers because they're mostly water, therefore do not contain much calories

DO NOT STAY ON A PLATEAU you cant keep steady habits your body will hit a plateau and you'll find it even HARDER to lose weight

maybe your body just isn't made to lose more weight.. but keep working at it..

if you're over 18 you could try a diet pill that stops fat from being absorbed? talk to your doctor, they can help... or a dietician

dancing can actually work those areas pretty well and it's cardo



boiled and baked foods are great



and stay away from those diet pills



i know way too many people who tried ALI and liquid was just flying out their butt even in the middle of work o.0

my mom is also trying to lose weight and her doctor told her you actualy should eat 6 small meals a day and if you crave something have it! if not youll keep eating other things to satisfy that craving! but remember to eat in moderation dont splurge on a healthy food to try and fill your self up

Well, we don't have a really good gym, its a school gym so no fancy machines and stuff, just basic stuff. And as for being a veggie and protein, I'm a very healthy vegetarian. If I don't get enough protein I get really pale and I look sickly, so believe me I'm packin the protein xD Idk, I just cant seem to lose anything. I did over the summer during drill week for band, but I gained that all back once winter hit >.> grrr
