Okay so I know they say you're so supposed consume about 2000 calories a day but, I can never get past like 800! (Unless I go to Mcdonalds xD) And i'm eating till I'm full, eating healthy (or trying to) But I just can't! Like, is that bad? My dad told me that if you don't consume the right amount of calories per day, your body will start to say "Food is scarce, start storing fat." Is that my problem? Is that why it's hard for me to lose weight? Gahahaha!

everyone's body has a healty weight for it mine just happens to be around 155lbs it sometimes goes down to 145 but it's always in that range. i eat regular foods i don't do the health thing but i do try to make good choices.

and at certain ages it's harder to loose weight and really when your hormones are kicking in you'll either gain some cause your body wants to be more feminine (yea chubbyness is considered very womanly in history) and some the matabolism can take over and cause very skinny body types.

make good choices, eat plenty of fruits and veggies drink lots of water or i did lots of sugar free punch lol. you can look in my blogs to see what i did to loose weight after my daughter and how i lost some weight in highschool

lol and i'll say if you get your tonsils out that helps alot too

i agree with barbipixi. i am a very fussy eater (i only eat about 900 calories a day). i don't like to diet because i give up less than a day later. i don't lose weight or gain weiht. i have a pretty slender frame though. i'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. always eat your fruits and vegetables and drink your milk!!! (thanks grandma for the advice lol)

well if your trying to lose weight always eat breakfast! if you wait till you eat one big mealthen that stores fat but if you eat breakfast it starts your matabolism (sorry if i spelled that wrong I try:)) for the day and so you will burn off breakfast easier and eat healthy too if you can. i have troble with this because i dont like to eat before i go to school so i eat a granola bar its something small and i also like my dessert:) haha
