i like the tension exercises you can do them every day and they don't hurt



you just tighten the muscles while your walking or sitting and doing anything during the day hold it for a lil while then release and you can do that as often as you like



and remember it's not sucking in your stomach your actually 'tightening' the muscles and holding that you can tell the differance cause you don't want an INCAVE that's pulling the tummy too. just try to hold it straight and flat (but you can't do it wrong) it will just work better if you do it right 24 Aug 2009 / Reply answer / 0

Although there are several methods of toning your stomach I usually stick to three methods. 1) The ball: Lie on an exercise ball with a 5-10kg disc held above your face, and compress the disc into your upper abs. Hold for 10 seconds, and lift the disc back to above your head (30-40 reps)

2) Russian twists. sit at a 45 degree angle with your legs under a weight bar. Sit up, turn to the side, back to the centre, turn to the other side, back to the centre, and back down. Repeat 30 times

3) Ab trimmer, ha ha ha.



Legs: I just do lunges, leg press, running, and a good stroll has a lot to be said for!
