ok lately i have been wanting to lose weight (13 lbs)i'm about 5'5 and weigh 123 most of my fat is in my thighs do you think i would sick if i lost that much?

i just checked a BMI calculator and your BMI is on the line of underweight and healthy weight. so i think you're perfectly fine the way you are. you shouldn't worry about your thighs in the picture you look gorgeous and healthy! :)

I think you don't need to lose any weight. Though you could try to tone your upper legs. I use workouts from Seventeen to get my legs in shape.
