OK yes it can becaused by pop. It can also be caused by candy and other kinds of certain foods. There are also certain foods that can help clear ur face when eaten, but unfortuanatly i dont know which ones those would be. but eating healthier can help with ur skin. Also ur supposed to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I did this for about a few days and also used skin care products and my acne cleared up in a few days so definatly drink lots of water not only does it help with ur acne but it also gives u a healthy glowing look on ur skin. There are crtain products that would work better than others, like clearasil Ultra works really well

Are the sodas caffeinated? I know when I was drinking or eating anything with caffeine in it, I kept whiteheads and my skin was way oilier. I cut all caffeine completely out of my diet and now my skin is on the more normal side with hardly any acne at all and I NEVER get whiteheads anymore. Also, don't forget caffeine is also in chocolate, just in case caffeine could be the culprit.

that sounds like an allergic reaction to a product you're using.. or maybe hair that goes into your face a lot. that's usually the case with smaller, rash-like break outs. a friend used to get those and she saw a dermatologist.. turned out she was allergic to her face powder. She then switched to mineral makeup. i think you should do the same.

other than that yes it could be the soda if your body isn't used to drinking the carbonation or any other number of chemicals in it.

but yea i will say i even had a rash to some face mineral powders so i only use nutragena blemish fighting liquid foundation and covergirl cream and powder foundations

stop drinking the soda, drink lots of water, stop using foundation for about a week or until you think your skin is cleared up enough, sun tanning really helps dry up pimples and make your pores smaller, try neutragina cleaner (or how ever you spell it) crushing up asprins and mixing it with hot water and mixing until a paste then using as a mask (wash off when crusty) it will dry up pimples so will tooth paste if you put a dot on them and leave it over night. hope it helped!
