sorry, i realize i put the wrong pic for bottom eyeliner look lol here it is :)
-it looks like she has a very light white on her lids
-then liquid liner, thin from the inner corner of the eye to the mid lash line
-then the eyeliner line appears to be thicker gradually as it appears when finishing off the line from the midpoint on her lash line
-it appears that she took a black pencil liner and lined her bottom lash, drawing on the inner rim of the bottom lash line with a thin line of black.
-her makeup appears doll like, usually to get that look mascara is applied to the upper and bottom lashes intensively. However, I can't really see a lot of mascara on the upper lash so maybe you can apply a light coat on the upper lash and 3 coats on the bottom lash straight down. When you apply on the bottom lash try not to wiggle the brush so much, it will make it appear really dark and thick, we want it more nicer and simple so use a small wiggle approach.
-her cheeks seems to have a rosy pink color that was swooped starting from the apple of her cheek towards her ear
-her lips are def light pink, try using a lip gloss that says "bubblegum" or something light pink

3. Bottom eyeliner look
4. Mascara on Bottom Lash look
(the girl looks like she as a bit of a shimmer, this is based off the profile pic, i suggest a light coral eyeshadow that is lined a bit on the bottom lash and inner corner of the inner eye)
(of the pic that moves on her page, it is hard to tell of she has any shimmer so if you'd like you can add a light cream or light white color eyeshadow and just place it on the corner of your inner eye
**HERE ARE SOME LOOKS THAT I THINK SHOW THE EYELINER STYLE IN THE PIC :)
hope all this helps and good luck! :D
It's a known fact that koti and her sister use top and bottom false lashes. Koti is clearly into liz lisa since her sister was raving about them buying clothes from japan and the items in her blog are pretty much from that store.. so i can imagine the influence they get from japanese makeup.
Sorry she speaks french but this is the makeup style that i mean when i say japanese makeup. Basically gyaru makeup on western features , which create the dolly look. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mFa78dGE1mM&feature=relmfu
However she uses eyeshadow and koti keeps it nude and not as heavy, meaning the eyeliner is not put on as thick and if any eyeshadows are used, they are softer colours, like browns to emphasize her eyes.
What you need:
Bottom falsies (they do exist, mainly because unless you have abnormally long bottom lashes the effect will not be the same)
Nude or brown eyeshadow
Pink or Nude lipgloss
1. Put no eyeshadow or nude eyeshadow over your lids (whichever you fancy)
2. Line Thinly your top lid, no need to really wing it S= If you want a more dramatic effect such as in picture 2, use brown or a darker eyeshadow thinly following the eyeliner line.
3. Keep your bottom lid either nude ( or apply brown or a darker eyeshadow about 3/4 or 1/2 of the way there if you want a more dramatic effect)
4. Add top lashes (whichever you want) dolly wink is best for length (see the video i linked in 5)
5. Add bottom lashes the most natural I know are from a japanese brand called dollywink, they look like this :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mnj52tW1-JA
6.Apply white eyeliner or a colour nearest the colour of your skin to the inner corner near the tear duct and blend to make it less harsh , everything must be SOFT.
7. Eyelash curler
2. Lip Stain//Matte Lipstick/
