Does this mean i have a slow metabolism?

I hardy ever get hungry and when i do it's only like once and maybe twice a day.I have been trying to lose weight and it seems like even if i don't get hungry i gain weight but if i don't eat for a while i lose alot but i can gain it back easy.right now i don't think i'm too big (5'6"1/2 and 125-128lbs)but it's been hard to lose weight because of this .Does it sound like have a slow metabolism ?

it means you dont digest food very fast. if you dont eat though then your metabolism slows down even more which would explain why you gain weight after you start eating after not eating. so dont ever starve yourself (no one should do that) just eat consistently small meals throughout the day.

it sounds like you need to learn how to diet



it's about healty choices not eating less. your body needs a certain amount of callories a day to function properly.

When dieting, the stupidest thing you can do is NOT eat.

You have to get your body into a routine, a schedule.

Eat a little bit every 3 hours, and never eat anything after supper/dinner.

Drink lots of water and DO SOME CARDIO EXCERSISE!!
