What works for you?

I've spent the last hour searching things to help me with problems I have, so if any of you have tried the follow, let me know any tips you have or if they worked, so I know which ones to use. Thank you in advance.

Teeth Whitening:

A) Brush teeth with baking soda. (Twice a week)

B) Use peroxide as mouthwash (Daily)

C) Rub mashed strawberries on teeth. (Daily)

D) Brush teeth with baking soda and toothpaste. (Daily)

Bags Under Eyes:

A) Cucumber on eyes for 10-15 minutes (Daily)

B) Cool tea bags on eyes in morning. (Daily)

C) Frozen spoon on eyes until spoon warms. (Daily)


A) Dip face in ice cold water for five seconds five times.

(( Give me ideas for here please! ))


A) Warm bath

B) Warm tea

C) Relaxing music/ nature sounds.

D) Read

E) Try to stay awake with eyes closed. (Weird, I know.)

F) Eye mask

G) Dont eat after 8PM, unless starving. In this case, eat light.

H) Write anything you need to remember where you will see it.

For Acne:
-Wash face with cleanser/acne aid wash
- Acne solution spot treatment
-Acne solution clarifying toner
-Go to a dermatologist and get prescribed zit cream
PS: Zit cream really helps. My sister told me all of this.

I tried many of these....

-Use homemade masks for'll find a lot of examples on BG
-Relaxing music it always works for me...
