I'll make this short and simple: I'm the oldest of 3 kids, the only girl. Love clothes so much that I used to dress my brothers up in skirts and have fashion shows (tee-hee). I also love shoes. I love vintage clothing and think the best places to shop are Buffalo Exchange (you gotta look it up), U

What should I bring to Greece with me?

This Summer I may go to Greece for about 4 weeks and I need to know what to bring with me so I can buy stuff that I need!! I've been to Greece once before (when I was 1 and 1/2 :) ) but I dont think I want any memorabilia because my grandparents bring stuff from there every summer.

I recently got back from a trip to London and Paris.

One thing you'll need is probably a plug and voltage converter if you have things such as hair dryers, battery chargers, etc. to use. Sorry, but you'll have to do a little investigation on that yourself... it's a little confusing over a little message like this. ;]

Check the weather, obviously, and plan accordingly. A good camera is a must! If you don't have one, get one at least a week or two beforehand and mess with it. It would stink to get there and find out something's wrong with your camera! Walmart usually has great prices and also decent reviews. Check there and Amazon. This is where taking the time to read all the reviews pays off.

Bring some first-aid supplies. Anti-diarrheal (disgusting, yes, but may be useful), band-aids, painkillers (I used them a lot!). It'll also be helpful to have a map of the city(ies) you're visiting so you have at least a general idea of the area, even if you're in a group.

Visiting a bunch of different landmarks and monuments? Read about them before you go! Not every place will have a museum for you to learn about it (nor will you probably have time to. ;]). The details are what makes the trip interesting!

Don't forget cell phones. When I went to Europe, my phone didn't work. Some phones are able to be used internationally, but it gets expensive. I used only email, but some of the people in my group used payphones on occasion. Make sure at least one person in your group has an emergency phone set up, just in case.

A word of note... make two copies of your passport: One to put in your luggage, and one to keep at home. If you lose your passport, at least you'll have the info. If you DO lose a passport, check at the nearest U.S. Embassy.

Bring snacks... lots of them. Saves money and time on the days you don't feel like going out. Don't worry too much about food on the plane though; they usually feed you decently. But yeah... even a pack of tortillas can be amazing. Between me and the two girls I roomed with, we filled almost a bookcase with just food. It was great on late nights when we had eaten somewhere with not-so-great food, and had a homey taste waiting back at the hotel. But again, this depends on where you're staying. If with family or friends, don't worry about it much.

Well, sorry for my long-windedness! Hope this helps! ;]

Summer clothes because it's probably going to be sunny. A camera because you'll see a lot of great things, and a big luggage you can bring back all the stuff you'r going to buy:p:D
