How to get a hot, kick-ass body by April?

I plan to start after the holidays. I want to look like a supermodel by April. I'm pretty thin and toned right now; I just want to slim down and tone up.

What's your routine and diet like now? I'm in need of toning up, too. I'm still losing weight, but I'm very close to my ideal size, it's now just a matter of getting that VS Angel definition I dream of having. I plan to do yoga, which I should start today, and pilates as my main workouts. I like dancing a lot for cardio, and will probably put more time into that than I have in the past. Other than that I think I'll be doing some exercises about 2-4 times a week from the videos on the Tone It Up YouTube channel.

For my diet, become healthier. I've been slacking lately, so I'm going to make an effort to make healthy dishes and to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Green tea is going to be my staple, as well.

I hope my plans have given you an idea or two for yourself!

Drink lots of water.

As for exercising, my usual routine should work pretty well for you! It's inspired by the Victoria's secret angels, so it's perfect for a super model bod!

In the morning, I do basic yoga. You can get DVD's from the library, or if you have netflix look up some workouts.

After I do yoga, I do exercises for toning up the backside. These include: leg scissors, alternating leg lifts, squats, lunges, plies, etc.. Just lots of basic stuff.

Then I do Pilates to work my abs, and Kick boxing to work by backside.

Last but not least, before I go to bed I do yoga once more. Not high impact stuff, just relaxing stretches and deep breathing.
