Lose weight for summer?!

I'm almost 13, I'm 5'0'', and I weigh around 118.

Most of my friends have high matabolism,

so they don't gain weight!

Which is intimidating cuz they're really

skinny and I'm not :(

I'm already a vegetarian,

but i'm really not good about eating right.

Lol, I try, but don't succeed :/



Diet/Work out tips?!

You can speed up your metabolism by eating small meals every 4 hours. Then working out by even walking for about 2miles a day can bump up your metabolism. your young...so getting into good habits is good

what i love to do is run aand in the summer if you like running you can always walk on the beach with your friends you'll be having a good time while losing weight by walking!!http://www.becomegorgeous.com/smileys/24.gif

go to the pool with your friends

youll lose weight swimming and if u want u can get a tan 2=]



also what i try 2 do is get my friends to help me eat healthier.

{{even if we cheat once in a while =p}}



also ride your bike you'll lose wight && get sexxy calfs =p

if you werent a vegetarian i'd say eat lots of protein, but when you do eat eat smaller portions and EAT SLOWLY you fill up faster that way surprisingly, try to work out daily if you cant dont beat yourself up, try going for walks and working out to music crunches, jump rope, i do 6 inches which is good for your abs you lay on your back wth your feet about 6 inches off the floor, but try things out and see what works best for you :]

you definitely don't need to give into peer pressure, but being uncomfortable around friends just sucks. as long as you're not being pressured by them you should look into being healthy and losing weight as a side product. never skip meals, it's unhealthy and will only make you overeat later and slow your metabolism more. some of the greatest workouts are doing the things you love. dancing, getting outside and playing sports, walking can be starting points. but remember you're still growing and becoming a woman, it's different for everyone. good luck.

badminton..as random as that sounds. amazing for cardio and strength at the same time. and setting a treadmill to a 'steep' hill and walking !not running! up it at a fast pace tones your thighs calves and butt..jogging never fails and eat something after excercising! being vegetarian dosnt help lose weight if thats what you were thinking.. white meat is great for you and full of protein, its red meat that isnt that great

in highschool i was 183 when i was 16 and i was 5'5

i was cute i wasn't overweight i was perfect



you have curves omg your friends should be jealous! i would say 118 is normal for your age my baby sister is your age and she weighs about that and all the guys are after her

some guys like skinny twigs and some like ba-donk a donks

tell yur friends to stick it,, they dnt no what they're on aboutt



if yu really must thou remember to always eat three meals a day it keeps up your metablism rate and eat meat, veges and fruit they will help to give yu norm vitamins and do atleast 30mins of excercise a dayy
